Easter

My favorite part of Easter this year was going to an Easter party with ONLY Nolan.  We went while Keaton was at preschool.  I barely ever do anything with just Nolan so it was special. We kept it a secret from big brother.

It's become a tradition to go to the Easter egg hunt at the Thriftway grocery store down the street.  They hid 35,000 eggs this year.

Surprises from the Easter bunny.

It was great to have daddy back on Easter day!  We did an Easter egg hunt with him!

All about Nolan

Nolan's a hard one to get pictures of since he's always moving so they are blurry.  This is one of my favorite pictures of Nolan.  This guy is almost always smiling and being goofy.  Yesterday he was bending his juice cup back so the apple juice was shooting out.  He thought it was so funny, laughing over and over.  He also thinks spitting is pretty funny.  He doesn't think it's funny when I take him off the couch, standing on the couch is one of his favorite things.

Pointing is also one of his favorite things right now.  He points and says "ball."  Ball is the only word that I recognize him saying and he says it a lot.

Nolan looking crazy with a pirate sword and golf club and shiny necklace.

The boys do have a lot of fun together, lots of fun!!

All about Keaton

I have a lot more pictures of Keaton than I do of Nolan.  So I thought I'd share a few...

Kids are crazy, he just decided one morning to put this crazy wetsuit on along with a mask.

We've got a grocery store that has kid size grocery carts.  I use to avoid them because they were a nightmare. Keaton crashing into people, stuff in store. Once he had a cart full of groceries and dumped it over in the front of the store.
He is now really good with them and a good helper.

Keaton started soccer a few weeks ago.  The whole thing is a lot more serious than I expected for a team of 4 year olds.  His first game wasn't good.  He grabbed the ball during the game and was told he couldn't use his hands so he started crying. Then he refused to play for most of the game so we watched.  Then he fell off the bleachers, basically doing a somersault. So we  left with him screaming in my arms.  We went out for a donut after and decided that we would have a donut after each game.  That made it all better.
